At PokeBox, we want you to love your new style, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
